Doctor of philosophy (phd) in electrical and electronic engineering / semiconductor physics / material science‚ and / or other related fields

Solid-state memory and nanoelectronic devices
research and development (rnd) in the field of solid-state memory and nanoelectronic devices
years of experience: 10 to 15 years in the related industry and management experience at a senior level

senior executive experiences in related areas are highly preferred
patent-owned candidature is highly preferred
ability to draw a technology roadmap based on rnd lab experience
extensive experiences in the frontier rnd of si-based semiconductor devices
in depth technical knowledge and strong leadership with good interpersonal skills

drawing a roadmap of the next generation semiconductors‚ such as fram‚ mram‚ sonos‚ nano-flash memory‚ carbon nanotube devices‚ and other non-volatile memories
effectively influencing and addressing the needs for the new generation technologies
