-knows the cosmetics business/health and beauty care in the area in detail;
-knows the distributors, their business and perspectives;
-possess excellent experience in motivating and controlling distributors in order to make the retail business grow and prosper.

requirements:
-relevant experience 3+years in multinational retail companies,
-higher education,
-fluent english, french would be a plus,
-age: 25 – 38.
abdm reports to national bdm.
